I review your current processes and gather input from the people closest to the work. Together, we identify repetitive tasks, workflow gaps, and work that is not getting done consistently.
Right-Fit Recommendations
Each identified gap is matched with the most practical solution, whether that is AI, automation, or a process improvement. The priority is fit, not adding technology for technology's sake.
Custom Playbook
You receive a clear, actionable playbook outlining what happens, when it happens, and how the recommended solutions fit into your existing operation. We review the plan together and address questions before implementation.
Handoff & Activation
I walk your team through the recommendations, workflows, and next steps so your team is prepared to move forward confidently.
Then the playbook is yours to run.
Continued Advisory Support
For teams that want additional guidance after the initial engagement, a three-month advisory retainer provides dedicated time for questions, check-ins, refinement, and implementation guidance.
After the initial three months, ongoing advisory support is available on a month-to-month basis.

At Microsoft, I co-led operations for the first AI Skills Accelerator in my organization, working across learning, communications, recruiting, community engagement, and participant feedback. What began with approximately 100 participants expanded across three organizations serving more than 60,000 employees, with 40% of participants completing at least 75% of a non-required course.
I also built AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for intern and early-career programs, helping people find resources and get the information they needed more efficiently.
My experience extends beyond AI adoption into large-scale organizational change. For a 2015 campus renovation affecting roughly 1,700 employees within an organization of nearly 5,000, I applied the ADKAR model and built a change network designed to bring even the most resistant and invested voices into the process.
My approach is practical: understand how the work actually happens, identify where it breaks, and build solutions people will use.
